鶏肉のサルモネラ汚染調査および分離菌株の薬剤感受性

要　　　　　約 　 　サルモネラは鶏盲腸内容物4.2％（18/425），国産鶏肉8.1％（16/198），輸入鶏肉17.6％（12/68）から分離された．S. Infantisの頻度が47.8％（22/46）と最も高く，このうち86.4％は多剤耐性株であった．また，S. S. infantis was most frequently encountered (47.8%); 86.4% of this species demonstrated resistance to multiple antibiotics. Though not found in domestic poultry, S.
