頸部脊柱管内に生じた孤立性骨軟骨性
外骨腫症の犬の1例

要　　　　　約 　 　頸部脊柱管内に生じた孤立性骨軟骨性外骨腫（外骨腫）の脊髄圧迫によって四肢不全麻痺に陥ったシー・ズーに外科的治療を行った．外骨腫は椎弓切除術によって第7頸椎脊柱管内より削出した．術後20日目には神経学的な異常所見も消失し，正常な歩行が可能となった． ―キーワード：犬，孤立性骨軟骨性外骨腫症，脊髄圧迫． --------------------日獣会誌　55，299〜303（2002） Solitary Osteo-cartilagenous Exostosis in a Canine Spinal Canal Iwao SAKONJU†, Masahiro NATSUHORI, Hiroyasu YOSHlKAWA, Hiroshi ITOH and Katsuaki TAKASE Department of Veterinary Surgery, School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences, Kitasato University, Higashi 23-35-1, Towada 034-0021, Japan 　 SUMMARY 　A two-year-old Shih Tzu diagnosed as having solitary osteo-cartilagenous exostosis in the spinal canal demonstrated tetraparesis caused by compression of the cervical spinal cord at the C7 level. Laminectomy performed to remove the exostosis decompressed the spinal cord.
