肘関節異常を示したポメラニアンの肘関節脱臼 に対する関節固定術

要　　　　　約 　左側肘関節の脱臼に対して整復術を試みたものの，改善の認められなかったポメラニアン種の雄（4歳）に対して関節固定術を実施した．右側肘関節のX線写 真において，肘突起の欠損および鈎状突起の低形成が認められたことから，本症例の肘関節脱臼の要因が先天性の肘関節異常であることが強く疑われた． ―キーワード：関節固定術，肘関節異常，肘関節脱臼． --------------------日獣会誌　54，115〜118（2001） Arthrodesis to Treat Elbow Luxation in a Pomeranian with Elbow Anomaly Nobuyuki TOMIZAWA＊†, Hirotsugu YAMATE, Tomoko OGINO and Shigeo HARA ＊Faculty of Agriculture, Iwate University, 3-18-8 Ueda, Morioka 020-8550，Japan SUMMARY　　　　 Arthrodesis was performed on the left elbow of a 4-year-old Pomeranian in which surgical reduction of elbow luxation had failed.
