国内における豚繁殖・呼吸障害症候群ウイルスに対する抗体調査

要　　　　　約 　1998年8月〜99年3月に，32県207農場から採取された豚血清5,535検体を用いて酵素免疫測定法（ELISA）により豚繁殖・呼吸障害症候群（PRRS）ウイルスに対する抗体検査を実施した．検査した農場には，ワクチン接種農場も含まれていたが，207農場中137農場（66.2％），5,535検体中1,910検体（34.5％）が抗体を保有していた．今回の成績から，国内における最近のPRRSの浸潤状況が明らかとなり，本病の汚染が拡大していることが示唆された． ―キーワード：抗体，ELISA，豚，豚繁殖・呼吸障害症候群ウイルス． --------------------日獣会誌　53，363〜366（2000） A Survey of Antibodies to the Porcine Reproductive andRespiratory Syndrome Virus in Japan Tetsuo ASAI, Masafumi MORI, Shingo NIINUMA, Takayuki OSUMI, Yukiko OTAGIRI,Yoichi HAYASHI, Katsuyoshi KITAJIMA and Hidetoshi HIRAI Zen-noh Institute of Animal Health, 7 Oja, Sakura 285-0043, Japan SUMMARY   A serological survey of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) employing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was conducted on 5,535 samples collected at 207 pig farms in Japan from August 1998 to March 1999. Some of the pig farms from which samples were collected used a modified live-virus vaccine against PRRS. The pig farms demonstrated high prevalences (66.2%, 137/207) of the antibody. Pig-serum samples demonstrated a positive rate of 34.5% (1,910/5,535).
