感染実験動物でのトリクラベンダゾールによる肝蛭成虫駆虫試験

要　　　　　約 　ラット12頭，兎10頭，山羊7頭，牛3頭に肝蛭メタセルカリアを経口投与し，虫齢56〜133日に，トリクラベンダゾール（TCB）を1回経口投与してビーズ法で糞便1g中の虫卵数（EPG）の推移を調べ，投薬後5〜63日に剖検し肝蛭寄生状況と残存虫卵数を調べた．ラット，兎および山羊では TCB 5mg/kg以上の投与例，牛では6mg/kg投与の2頭で完全な駆虫効果を認め，虫体は検出されなかった． ―キーワード：駆虫効果，肝蛭，トリクラベンダゾール． --------------------日獣会誌　52，15〜18（1999） *現住所：宮城県農業短期大学畜産科（〒982-0215　仙台市太白区旗立2-2-1） Anthelmintic Effect of Tricrabendazole on Fasciola sp. of Adult Stage Yuichi SATO* and Kenichi KUSANO Sendai Livestock Hygiene Service Center, 3-11-22 Anyoji, Miyaginoku, Sindai 983-0832,Japan SUMMARY Twelve rats, 10 rabbits, 7 goats and 3 cattle were inoculated orally with metacercariae of Fasciola sp. (Japanese strain), and they were orally treated with a single dose of triclabendazole (TCB) when the flukes were aged 56 to 133 days. The animals were killed at 5 to 63 days post treatment, and the number of worms and eggs were compared to those in the untreated control animals. In rats, rabbits and goats treated with more than 5 mg/kg of TCB as well as 2 cattle treated with 6 mg/kg, the perfect reduction of the flukes was shown. ―Key words : anthelmintic effect, Fasciola, tricrabendazole.
