ラッセル小体の多数出現を伴う馬の悪性リンパ腫の1例

要　　　　　約 馬（サラブレッド種，雌，3歳）のリンパ節に発生した悪性リンパ腫を病理組織学的に検索した．腫瘍組織は，大小不同のリンパ様細胞のび漫性増殖からなり，電顕的にはさまざまの分化過程を示した．腫瘍細胞の細胞質には拡張した粗面小胞体，遊離リボソームが多数存在し，大小不同，多形性，IgG弱陽性のラッセル小体が多数出現し，電顕的には電子密度中等の均質無構造で球状，ときに融合していた．混在する形質細胞はIgM陽性を示した． ―キーワード：馬，リンパ腫，ラッセル小体． --------------------日獣会誌　52，11〜14（1999） An Equine Case of Malignant Lymphoma with Numerous Russell Bodies Yuko HORIUCHI, Tsuneo SATO and Wataru SHIRAI College of Bioresource Sciences, Nihon University, 1866 Kameino, Fujisawa 252-8510, Japan SUMMARY 　A 3-year-old female thoroughbred with malignant lymphoma were histopathologically studied. The affected tissues showed diffuse proliferation of lymphoid cells at various stages of differentiation and their cytoplasm contained numerous dilated rough endoplasmic reticulums and free ribosomes as well as round shaped and sometimes fused Russell bodies which were homogeneous weakly IgG-positive and moderately electron-dense.
